I completed my Fine Art Degree at Wimbledon School of Art where I learned how to work with a large range of media, including painting, printmaking, performance, film/animation and sculpture. Much of my work was made in collaboration with other artists, which is still true today. When I graduated I designed costumes for the theatre and I worked for a special needs art group called Action Space for four years, running workshops and residencies. At the same time I completed a Diploma in Ceramics. Then I concentrated on making my own art and exhibiting.
Alongside my making practice, I have consistently been involved with public art projects, both within schools and the community, and I have also taught extensively in Further and Higher Education.
