‘Peacock Woodland Mural’
The Phoenix Pre-School Centre - Bromley, 2010
The Sensory Wildlife Garden made in 2008 for the Phoenix Pre-school was such a success that the school commissioned another Art Project in 2010.
Firstly I ran clay workshops with all the children and staff – making clay hand-prints with their individual names on them. These hand-prints were glazed and used on the mural to represent the feathers of the Peacock.
Children and staff were excited to see their hand-prints, and very pleased with the end piece.
